Position Summary

Responsible for promoting bakery courses, managing inquiries and lead conversions, conducting market visits, maintaining databases, fostering client relationships, and driving enrollments through proactive outreach and detailed reporting.

Major Roles And Responsibilities (Job Details)
  • Outbound and Inbound Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective students to promote bakery courses and handle inbound inquiries related to course offerings, admissions, fees, and schedules.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and nurture potential leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert them into confirmed enrollments. Identify and reach out to potential clients in targeted sectors (business houses, hotels, consultancies, and manpower agencies).
  • Course Guidance: Provide detailed information about course content, structure, schedules, and benefits to students, bakers, and other interested parties.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain positive relationships with prospective students and respond promptly to their questions or concerns.
  • Market Visits and Client Meetings: Dedicated three days each week to market visits, engaging with prospective clients and partners. Schedule and conduct in-person meetings to build and maintain relationships, discuss business opportunities, and negotiate terms.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update accurate records of all calls, follow-ups, enrollments and market visit.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct regular follow-up calls with leads, assist with the enrollment process, and encourage undecided prospects to join our courses.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from students on courses and the admission process to improve service and offerings.
  • Reporting & Marketing Intelligence: Prepare daily and weekly reports on call outcomes, lead conversions, and other KPIs for review by the management. Analyze market data to identify trends, potential challenges, and opportunities for expansion.
